Return & Shipping Policy

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from shipment date, items must be in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee and must ask for an RMA from STPP prior to shipping the item back. We will deduct the shipping cost STPP paid to ship the product to the customer and provide receipts for that cost upon issuing a refund. Shipping paid by customer is not refunded.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Warranty: Items purchased from STPP are warrantied for 1 year from manufacturer defect. Please contact STPP for warranty issues prior to sending an item back, items sent back without an RMA may be rejected and sent back at customers expense.

Customer Service: We strive to get back to you within one business day, but please allow us 5 business days to reply.

Liability: Stock Tank Pool Products (STPP) provides guides and products. For guides, please note we are not liable for consumers installation. You assume all responsibility for your own stock tank pool. By using Stock Tank Pool Products (STPP), you agree to hold STPP harmless from any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from general use. The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only.
