Stock Tank Pool Products (STPP) Policies

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date. Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before returning any item

Original shipping costs paid by STPP are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund

Shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable

Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to a restocking fee, which is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is intended to help offset outbound shipping and handling costs incurred by STPP.

DIY Kit Returns

Our DIY Stock Tank Pool Kits include an Intex Krystal Clear pump with a flow rate of 1,500 gallons per hour, suitable for pools up to approximately 9,000 gallons based on a recommended 4–6 hour turnover rate.

Returns will not be accepted for issues resulting from:

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Improper installation

  • Operation outside of manufacturer specifications

  • Use beyond the pump’s stated capacity

All return requests must:

  • Be made within 30 days of shipment

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Include the product in original, unused condition and packaging

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Warranty

  • Products sold by STPP are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects

  • Pumps included in DIY kits are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty through Intex, which is currently 2 years

For pump warranty claims, customers must contact Intex directly.
For all other warranty concerns, please contact STPP before returning any item.

Items sent back without an RMA may be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
