Return & Shipping Policy

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from shipment date, items must be in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee and must ask for an RMA from STPP prior to shipping the item back. We will deduct the shipping cost STPP paid to ship the product to the customer from the total refund value. Shipping paid by customer is not refunded. Restocking fees are evaluated on a case by case basis. All orders are subject to a restocking fee which are only in place to cover the cost STPP paid to ship the product.

Note on DIY Kit Returns: Our DIY stock tank pool kits include an Intex Krystal Clear pump with a flow rate of 1,500 gallons per hour, suitable for pools up to approximately 9,000 gallons (based on a recommended 4-6 hour turnover rate for proper filtration). Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product, including incorrect installation or operation of the pump beyond its specified capacity. All return requests must be made within 30 days of shipment, accompanied by proof of purchase, and the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Warranty: Items purchased from STPP are warrantied for 1 year from manufacturer defect. Pumps are warrantied through the original manufacturer (Intex) for two years - please contact Intex to resolve any warranty issues with the pump.

Please contact STPP for warranty issues prior to sending an item back, items sent back without an RMA may be rejected and sent back at customers expense.

Liability: Stock Tank Pool Products (STPP) provides guides and products. For guides, please note we are not liable for consumers installation. You assume all responsibility for your own stock tank pool.
